18 Years of Getting Other People's Deadlines Met

I've spent my career inside the gap between a bank's strategy and what actually gets delivered. That gap is where projects slip, audits go unanswered, and transformation programs quietly stall — and it's the gap I'm hired to close.

I work as an independent delivery principal. Over recent years I've delivered primarily through Aspiro Management Consultants on GCC banking programs, and I take on direct engagements.

I started at KPMG Bahrain, moved into operations at Tamkeen EDSA, then spent four years at PwC Bahrain running branch-expansion, rebrand, and digital-banking transformation programs across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. Since 2017, I've been based in Dubai running PMO and transformation delivery for banks across the region — building an Enterprise PMO from scratch, running a 40-project CBUAE audit-remediation portfolio against a regulator's deadline, and leading the governance for a sustainability program spanning 11 banks and 5 regulators.

What hasn't changed is the work itself: figure out how decisions actually get made, build the governance that fits that reality, and stay until it holds without me in the room.
